    If you are making fund transfer, your computer is off, please follow the below instruction:
    • Restart your computer and login to ACLEDA Internet Bank and then check your account balance if it was debited (in case your computer can be turned on).
    • Contact ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you or our Call Center by +855­ (0)23 994 444 or +855­ (0)15 999 233 to assist you in checking your account balance if there is deduction.
    • Contact receiver to check his/her account balance if there is credit to his/her balance.
    • If the bank informs that your account balance is debited and the receiver's balance is credited, the transaction is successful.
  8. How can I transfer money to the recipient who doesn't have an account?
    • You may transfer by using a test question, telephone number or ID card.
    • After transferring, tell the recipient to withdraw money at ACLEDA Bank's branch.
  9. Is it possible to transfer money from my account to my friend's account in another ACLEDA bank's branch? If it's possible, how much and how many transactions per day?
    Yes, you can transfer money to your friend's account or pay your bill to supplier in another ACLEDA Bank's branch. You can transfer up to 30 times per day in the amount of:
    • Up to USD50,000 or equivalence, the system is processed automatically without checking from the bank.
    • Up to USD1,500,000 or equivalence, the system is not processed automatically; your transactions shall be checked by the bank in the business hours even your transactions were made in the system anytime.
  10. Can I make a fund transfer from my account in ACLEDA Bank to other account in other bank in Cambodia or overseas?
    Yes, you can make a fund transfer from your account in ACLEDA Bank to account in other bank in Cambodia or overseas.
  11. What should I do if I transfer over amount or wrong recipient's account?
    If you transfer over amount or wrong recipient's account, you immediately contact ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you or Call Center by +855­ (0)23 994 444 or +855­ (0)15 999 233 to block the transaction.
  12. What should I do if I transfer wrong receiver's telephone number or ID card?
    If you transfer wrong receiver's telephone number or ID card:
    • Please contact ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you to return the money that was transferred wrong receiver's telephone number or ID card.
    • On the other hand, you may email to ACLEDA Bank's branch that received the transferred money to inform about the correct information of the beneficiary; and you have to allow ACLEDA Bank to withdraw the money to the beneficiary or cancel the transaction.
  13. What will happen if I type wrong password?
    If you type wrong password 3 times, the system will automatically block your ACLEDA Internet Bank. In this case, you need to contact ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you or Call Center by +855­ (0)23 994 444 or +855­ (0)15 999 233 to assist this.
  14. What should I do if I forget password?
    You may come to ACLEDA Bank's branch to request a new password.
  15. Is it possible to register ACLEDA Internet Bank with a overseas phone number?
    No, it is not.
  16. Is it possible to use ACLEDA Internet Bank via mobile phone or tablet?
    No, it is not.
  17. How many account can I connect with my ACLEDA Internet Bank?
    You can connect as many accounts as you need with your ACLEDA Internet Bank except Individual Retired Account, Health Savings Account, and Education Savings Account.
  18. If I input my own account and joint account at ACLEDA Bank for enrollment, can I operate by debiting from those accounts?
    You can make payment transactions from those accounts as the following:
    • For own account: you can to make payment transactions as requirement.
    • For joint account: you can view account balance only. If you would like to make a payment from that joint account, you have to contact ACLEDA Bank's branch to request a permission.
  19. Can I input other bank account in Cambodia or overseas into ACLEDA Internet Bank?
    You can input other banks accounts in Cambodia for receiving/making funds transfer but you cannot make a payment from those accounts whereas your account at overseas bank cannot be enrolled.
  20. Is it secure for using ACLEDA Internet Bank?
    It is convenient, secure and reliable for using ACLEDA Internet Bank because when you log in to the system, you have to enter User ID, Password and One Time Password (OTP), OTP is a password that is automatically generated by Soft Token or Hard Token, and whenever you make a payment or transfer, you have to reinput OTP to certify your transaction.
  21. What is Token?
    Token is a safe tool using with ACLEDA Internet Bank for generating One Time Password (OTP) to log in to the system and to certify payment transaction. Token has two types, Hard Token and Soft Token.
  22. What are the differences between Hard Token and Soft Token?
    The differences between Hard Token and Soft Token are:
    • Hard Token is small and easy to use because it has one button only for generating One Time Password (OTP) when you need to log in to ACLEDA Internet Bank and to certify a payment transaction. If you press the button of Hard Token, OTP will automatically generate. However, there is a little bit disadvantage of using Hard Token as it's hard to keep with you all the time.
    • Soft Token is a program for installing in your smart phone. Whenever you use ACLEDA Internet Bank, you have to generate OTP from your phone that installed Soft Token. It is easy to keep with you and you may not only use as your phone but also use for generating OTP. Moreover, it has another advantage; if you lose your phone, you'll be able to use this Soft Token with your new phone.
  23. What should I do to use Soft Token overseas?
    You may follow the below instructions:
    • For iOS (iPhone): Setings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically
    • For Android: Settings > Date and Time > Automatic Date and Time & Automatic Time Zone
  24. What should I do if I have no intention of deleting Soft Token from my phone?
    You may come to ACLEDA Bank's branch to reactivate this Soft Token. If you are overseas, you have to send an email to Assistant Vice President & Manager of Marketing Officer of the branch that you registered ACLEDA Internet Bank for a registration code to reactivate this Soft Token. In this case, Soft Token may reactivate unless your phone connected to the Internet.
  25. What should I do if I lose my Hard Token? Is it possible to log in to my ACLEDA Internet Bank if there is someone found my Hard Token?
    You have to contact to ACLEDA Bank's branch or Call Center via +855­ (0)23 994 444, +855­ (0)15 999 233 to block your lost Hard Token. And no one can log in to your ACLEDA Internet Bank.
  26. Can I use both Hard Token and Soft Token with ACLEDA Internet Bank?
    No, you cannot. You can use one option only.
  27. Can I change from using Hard Token to Soft Token and vice versa?
    Yes, you can change as reqired and you have to pay a service fee.

  1. What is ACLEDA Unity?
    ACLEDA Unity offers access to financial services to the whole community across all mobile phone networks. It unites people under a financial umbrella that simplifies daily banking allowing a wide range of transactions to be securely performed through your mobile phone anywhere in the country and overseas without visiting ACLEDA Bank's branch (these include cardless cash withdrawal via ACLEDA Bank ATM as well).

    The benefits of ACLEDA Unity are as follows:
    • Easy to use as the phone
    • Easy to transfer or settle to partners promptly, i.e. you buy a TV US$500, you can pay your bill right away by your phone without using cash or going to the bank to make cash withdrawal

    • In case you want the money transferred back into your account before 72 hour, please come to ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you.
  13. What should I do if I want to transfer money to the recipient who doesn't have an account with ACLEDA Bank?
    If you want to transfer money to the recipient who doesn't have an account with ACLEDA Bank, you should do as follows:
    • You must know the recipient's phone number
    • After you have successfully transferred the money, you will be received Gold Code (6 digits). Then you have to send this Gold Code to the recipient in order to make withdrawal from ACLEDA Bank's ATM or counter.

  1. What is ACLEDA VISA Credit Card?
    ACLEDA VISA Credit Card is an electronic card provided security for customers using credit service can operate their banking services via ATMs, POS terminals, or e-commerce to make withdrawals or pay for goods/services up to the existing credit line or up to the credit limit set by ACLEDA Bank.

    You should go to ACLEDA Bank's branch near you and bring the requirement documents below:

    You can use ACLEDA VISA Credit Card via ATMs and POS terminals 10 transactions per day, and e-commerce 10 transactions per day.

    ACLEDA Bank doesn't charge for applying for any ACLEDA VISA Credit Card.

  7. What is the difference between ACLEDA VISA Credit Card Classic and ACLEDA VISA Credit Card Gold?
    The difference is that you can use ACLEDA VISA Credit Card Gold to make withdrawals and payments via POS terminals or e-commerce more amount than ACLEDA VISA Credit Card Classic.
  8. What is the loan size of using ACLEDA VISA Credit Card?
    You can get the loan from ACLEDA Bank:
    • Up to US$50,000 for using cash or bank guarantee as collateral
    • Up to 100% of your salary if you are using Payroll Service with ACLEDA Bank
    • Up to US$500 for using your guarantor's account as collateral

ACLEDA Card

  1. What is ACLEDA Card?
    ACLEDA Card is an ATM Card issued by ACLEDA Bank to enable such holder to operate the account through its Automated Teller Machines for cash withdrawals or settlements of goods or services in shops, hotels, or companies that have a Point of Sale (POS) machine and operate other transaction through electronic terminals. ACLEDA Card let customers operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for their most convenience.
  2. How can I receive ACLEDA Card?
    To receive ACLEDA Card, you have to open an account (Savings, Demand Deposit, or Current) with ACLEDA Bank; then fill in ACLEDA Card Application Form.
  3. After applying for ACLEDA Card, how long will the card be issued?
    You will receive ACLEDA Card within 10 days after applying.
  4. How much can I make withdrawals and payments via ACLEDA Card per day? And how many transactions can I make per day?
    • You can make withdrawals through ATM up to US$1,000 per day and US$200 per day via POS;
    • And make payments through POS up to US$3,000 per day;
    • Maximum transaction made through ATM, POS, and e-commerce is 25 times per day.

    Yes, you can.

    In order to use ACLEDA Card, you need:
    • an ACLEDA Card
    • 6 digits Personal Identification Number (PIN) provided by our teller

    • to know shops, markets, hotels, or companies that have ACLEDA POS.
  9. What are differences between ACLEDA Gold Card and ACLEDA Card?
    ACLEDA Gold Card is used to make withdrawals and payments in larger amount than those from ACLEDA Card through ACLEDA Bank's ATM and ACLEDA POS. Monthly fee and cash withdrawal fee are only applied with ACLEDA Gold Card.

    To receive ACLEDA Gold Card, you have to open an account (Savings, Demand Deposit, or Current) with ACLEDA Bank; then fill in ACLEDA Card Application Form.
  11. In order to use ACLEDA Gold Card, how much minimum account balance should I have?
    To use ACLEDA Gold Card you need to have a minimum account balance of US$50 for individual and US$100 for corporate customer.

    After applying for ACLEDA Gold Card, you will receive the card within 10 days.
  13. How much can I make withdrawals and payments per day for one card, and how many transactions per day?
    With one card you can:
    • make cash withdrawals up to US$3.000 per day through ACLEDA Bank's ATM and US$200 per day via ACLEDA POS
    • make payments through ACLEDA POS up to US$5.000 per day
    • make cash withdrawals and payments via ACLEDA Bank's ATM, ACLEDA POS, and e-commerce up to 25 times per day.

    Yes, you can use ACLEDA Gold Card to make withdrawals through ACLEDA Bank's ATM in any province/town.

  1. What is Bill Payment Service via ATM?
    Bill Payment Service via ATM is a type of collection facility service which you can pay your bills to your distributors by ACLEDA cards with ACLEDA Bank's ATMs.
  2. What type of customers can pay their bills via ATM?
    Customers from the electricity area in Phnom Penh and Kandal province.
  3. How can I use this service?
  4. In what currencies can I pay my bill?
    You can pay your bill in US Dollar, Khmer Riel, or Thai Baht.
  5. Can I pay my bill after the expiration date?
    No, you cannot. You have to pay two working days before the expiration date on your bill before 03:00 pm.
  6. If I consume electricity in Phnom Penh, can I pay my bill via ATM located in other provinces/towns?
    Yes, you can pay your electricity bill via ATMs at any province/town in Cambodia.

Payment Order via E-mail

  1. What is Payment Order via E-mail?
    Payment Order via E-mail is a service to transfer funds or make cash withdrawals upon the request of an account holder who e-mails to Senior Vice President & Head of Operations Division or Vice President and Branch Manager of ACLEDA Bank to order your payment.
  2. What are the benefits of Payment Order via E-mail?
    It benefits and facilitates you to pay your bills, transfer your funds, or withdraw your cash promptly to your family, relatives, or beneficiary upon your request to ACLEDA Bank by e-mail.
  3. What should I do to register for Payment Order via E-mail?
    • Come to ACLEDA Bank's branch nearest to you to fill the registration form by stating your e-mail address clearly.
    • Have an account with ACLEDA Bank.
  4. How to use this service?
  5. How much can I order my payment via e-mail per day?
    You can order your payment up to USD5,000 or equivalent per day.
  6. If going abroad, can I order my payment from there to beneficiary at ACLEDA Bank?
    Yes, you can after you already registered for this service.
